Presented by Alex Shephard at BioProcess International 2025 (BPI), this poster introduces Smart PolymersTM developed for the selective capture, release, and purification of lentiviral vectors. Read how the polymers were immobilized on a membrane and used to purify lentiviral samples via the AKTA FPLC. The work demonstrated recovery of >60% along with excellent purity profiles, straight from harvest.
